Callens Honey Farm
We live on a small family livestock and honey farm located in S.W. Minnesota, near the South Dakota border. The source of our honey is from white and red clover. The honey appears as liquid gold in color. Our honey is extracted using a hand cranked centrifugal force extractor.
Then the honey is screened once into a holding container from which we later fill the small honey bottles. We do not heat treat the honey nor add any other ingredients. Pure and natural is our Minnesota honey! What could taste better?Recent Comments

so enjoy your posts. Reminds me of when I was home on the farm. We had every animal too, and cows to milk, and land to plant also, and ducks and geese, and every kind of hen or rooster possible I think, besides peacocks! We did not butcher them though. they were for beauty. Lots of work, but loved it all, at least thinking back on it today I love it, but maybe not at the time with 5 am milking before cleaning up for school.
